Return policy

At Glow Fashion, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, you have 14 calendar days from the date of delivery to request an exchange.

Please note that we do not offer refunds, only exchanges for different sizes or other items available in our online store.

In order to make the exchange, the product must meet the following conditions:

• Be in perfect condition, with no signs of use, washing or damage.

• Keep all labels, original packaging and accessories.

• Please bring your proof of purchase or order number.

Once we receive and verify the condition of the item, we will proceed to ship the new product.

Shipping costs arising from the exchange will be borne by the customer, unless the exchange is due to an error on the part of Glow Fashion or a manufacturing defect.
